How do I unlock full access to the app?
Open the app and tap Unlock or Upgrade on the home screen. Choose a plan and complete the purchase through your Apple ID. Access unlocks immediately — no restart required.
I purchased but the app still shows locked. What do I do?
Try Restore Purchases from the app’s Settings screen first. If that doesn’t resolve it, email us at info@foodsafetymadeeasy.com with your purchase receipt (Apple emails this automatically) and we’ll fix it manually.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact us too and we’ll help however we can.
Which apps does this cover?
SafePrep Manager, SafePrep Español, SafePrep Alcohol, and SafePrep Refresher — all built by Novern Management for ServSafe exam preparation.
