SafePrep™ is a ServSafe® exam preparation app developed by Novern Management.
Data We Collect
SafePrep does not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided by the user (such as an optional name entered in Settings). No account creation is required to use the app.
The app may collect limited technical or usage data necessary for functionality, performance, or crash reporting. This data is used solely to improve the app experience.
Data Storage
All study progress, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device in a file called safeprep_state.json. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law or necessary to operate core services such as analytics or crash reporting.
Children
SafePrep is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
