It was built from experience — over twenty years of working in food safety education, sitting across the table from candidates on exam day, watching new proctors struggle with the same problems over and over, and knowing that most of those problems had simple solutions that nobody had written down anywhere.
But this isn’t just a content site. The bigger goal is something that doesn’t exist yet in this field — a real community. A safe place where proctors and instructors can ask honest questions, share what’s actually working, learn from each other’s experience, and build something better together than any of us could figure out alone.
